C.F.R. 40-3 Permitted Assassinations Act
To prevent authoritarian governments from entering the political arena of our democracy, a person with reasonable fear of the democracy being infiltrated may carry out an assassination or murder of the supposed dictator without any punishment by our government. As long as it is proved in court that the victim(s) of the murders were planning to infiltrate our democracy or reshape our government and take power away from the people.
The education of every Colorado citizen who seeks it shall be free or very affordable to all. This includes cost of admissions, textbooks, technology, research sites, cost of living, and any monthly cost that comes with the university or primary school. The concealment of prices or charges is prohibited as all charges and pricing information must be presented before the student is admitted into that school. Any changes or amendments in prices or charges must be presented to the students a month before ratification.
The health of every Coloradan is the top priority of this Administration so we are very happy to introduce the Affordable Healthcare Act as a gamechanger for the Kennedy Administration.
Under this law, Insurance Agencies are required to cover no less than 100% of all healthcare costs for vision, dental, hearing, wellness checks, or therapy appoitments or work. Also covered by Insurance Agencies will be the cost for admission to hospitals or medical centers and the transport to them. Insurance Agencies may not request more money from its' clients than 20% of the sum of all medical costs.
This law would prohibit the discrimination of people based on sex, race, ethnicity, natural origin, political or social affiliations, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, and these factors should not be considered in one's employment, access to opportunities, dispositions in cases, or in admission to education or healthcare costs or opportunities.
C.F.R. 40-5 Freedom of the Press
The government shall not limit, restrict, obstruct, interfere, or suborn the practice of journalism in our country including the information that is reported or made available to the public.
C.F.R. 40-1 Juries
Juries shall be comprised of 7 civilians who are not mentally impaired, have biases, or have been diagnosed with anything that would affect a fair and impartial judgement. Jurors who have already been present for trials may not be present for further appeal trials if one takes place.

All government agencies weather their importance high or low should release all records of It's conduct or operations of that agency to it's citizens within a timely fashion (no more than 3 days) Violating agencies will receive a permanent budget cut.
'Top secret' Documents have to be approved for concealment after Harsh review from the Supreme Court and Congress.
All top secret documents approved by the Supreme Court and Congress have to be released to the public with its top secret label rescinded within a year or immediately once the operation is over.
The Reproductive Rights was signed on June 1st 2023 by President Kennedy allowing women to access safe abortions and is now being considered to be an amendment to the Unanimous States consitution.
Conserving Colorado introduced legislation to ban certain items on nationally protected grasslands and parks. This was first reccomended by the Department of Agriculture and finally signed by the president on June 7th 2023.
This law would require public accommodation services to be availble to everyone regardless of sex, race, ethnicity, origin, sexual orientation, etc.
